Community
Community involvement is one of ClimateMaster’s core values. Volunteering time and donating resources to various groups and community organizations is an important aspect of giving back that our employees practice time and again.
From investing in charitable and civic causes to volunteering their time, ClimateMaster employees show respect for the community and the people in which we live.
Among the many organizations ClimateMaster has given to include Habitat for Humanity, the Oklahoma City Jesus House, Pets & People Humane Society, Canadian County (Okla.) Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children and the Oklahoma City Fireman’s Toys for Kids program. ClimateMaster supports these groups through monetary contributions, fundraising efforts, and food or toy drives.
ClimateMaster frequently champions volunteerism on a corporate level by holding fundraising drives for the United Way and blood drives for the Oklahoma Blood Institute.
We believe that our efforts to assist the community by investing in these organizations will foster success and growth in the areas in which we live.
Additionally, employees across the United States can be found giving and donating time outside of work to quality groups or causes in their communities.
These efforts, combined with an aim to provide environmentally friendly ways to heat and cool your home, demonstrate ClimateMaster’s commitment to giving back to the community – culturally, socially and environmentally.

Transparency in Supply Chain
Climate Master, Inc. Disclosure Statement Pursuant to California Transparency in Supply Chains Act
Climate Master, Inc. (“CM”) respects and supports the protection of labor and human rights, including efforts to eliminate the practices of forced labor and human trafficking. CM is opposed to such practices at all levels of business operations.
CM supply agreements include a provision requiring suppliers to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations in regards to supplier goods and services, which would include laws addressing human trafficking and slavery. Failure to comply with such provision constitutes a breach of the agreement. CM expects compliance with the supply agreement and does not therefore engage in verification of product supply chains, conduct audits of suppliers or require suppliers to provide certification with respect to human trafficking or slavery. CM may terminate a supplier relationship if such supplier fails to meet CM requirements regarding legal compliance.
CM employees are subject to a Statement of Policy Concerning Business Conduct that requires adherence to all applicable laws, including employment laws, among other matters. The policy also contains mechanisms for reporting violations and illegal activities. CM provides training on certain provisions in the policy for its employees and management but does not provide specific training to its employees on mitigating risks associated with human trafficking and slavery. Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
